Terms and conditions
This is an English translation for convenience. The Romanian version is the one with legal effect.
These terms govern the use of the UNBOOKED platform (unbooked.ro), operated by Tune Score SRL. You accept them by creating an account, whether you are a fan and sign up for a show, you are an artist, management or a booking agency and you claim a profile, you are a promoter, or you list your venue on the platform. If you upload materials to the platform, section 8 is the one that concerns you first and foremost.
Version 16, 12 October 2026
1. What UNBOOKED is
UNBOOKED is a platform that measures verified demand for live events, by city. Fans declare their intention to go to a show; artists, their organisations and promoters see the demand and decide where the shows take place.
Separately from this, a venue can list itself on the platform, so that it can be found by those looking for where a show could be held. A listing is not a booking, it is not an offer and it does not bind the venue to anything: the decision whether or not to take an event remains its own. We check listings before they appear publicly.
A verified venue can request a specific artist in its city, to see how many people would come. The request opens the city for that artist, just like a fan's request, and the city page shows that the venue in question has offered to host, with its name, type and capacity. It is not an announced show and it binds no one: neither the artist, who may never find out, nor the venue, which can withdraw its offer at any time from the portal. A venue account does not manage artists: it cannot create artist profiles, campaigns or organisations in Studio, and the request gives you no right over the artist requested. The same rule applies to promoter accounts. If you genuinely represent an artist, write to us at office@unbooked.ro and we will clear it up.
UNBOOKED does not sell tickets and does not collect money from fans. We are not an event organiser and we are not a party to the contract between you and the organiser or the ticketing platform. Tickets are bought from the organiser's ticketing platforms (for example iaBilet, Entertix), in accordance with the terms of those platforms.
The service is free for fans. We provide it as it is, with the care of a serious provider, but without guaranteeing that a particular show will happen: that depends on the artist and the organiser, not on us.
2. Who can use the platform
You need an account, and for an account you must be at least 16 years old. That is the threshold from which Romanian law considers that you can consent on your own to the processing of your data in an online service (Law 190/2018).
If you are under 16, a parent or guardian can use the platform in your place, with their own data. If we find out that an account belongs to a child under 16, we delete it.
Under 18, access to the show itself remains subject to the rules of the organiser and of the venue: some events are for adults only, and that is not up to us.
3. The nature of a sign-up
Signing up for a show is free and expresses an intention: how many tickets you would buy and the maximum amount you would pay for a ticket. The declared amount is information for sizing the show, used by the artist, their organisation and promoters only in aggregate form; it is not an order, a paid reservation, a ticket or a promised price. For a show whose tickets are already on sale, signing up only says that you're coming and how many tickets you would get: we don't ask for a maximum amount, because the price is already the organiser's.
A sign-up does not oblige you to buy and does not oblige anyone to sell to you. No contract arises between you and us outside these terms, and none between you and the organiser: that one only comes into being when you buy a ticket, on their platform.
You can withdraw your sign-up at any time from your account. Your Founding Fan number is not reassigned to anyone else.
Signing up also connects you to the artist, not just to that city: you stay among their fans, so that you hear from us when they confirm a show, when they open a new city or when their team has something to say. It stops with a single click, from any email you receive or from the My artists page in your account, and stopping it does not affect your sign-ups in cities. The artist sees only how many people follow them, never who.
4. Early access (Founders Sale)
Signed-up fans receive a Founding Fan number in the order in which they signed up. When the show is confirmed, the organiser can open the Founders Sale, a sales window ahead of the public sale, in which Founding Fans are the first to receive the ticket link.
Early access is an offer from the organiser, not from us. UNBOOKED does not set, display or guarantee ticket prices, and the price and conditions of sale are the organiser's, on their ticketing platform.
If you don't buy in the Founders Sale window, the public sale follows, under the same conditions set by the organiser. Places are limited: early access means you are first in line, not that you have a reserved place.
5. The demand signal and promoter claims
When a city reaches the demand signal, verified promoters receive the figures and can claim the show. The claim stays open for as long as the campaign is active: we don't impose a deadline, because the artist may prefer to wait longer and see how much demand grows. Several promoters can claim the same city, and the artist chooses. If no one claims it, the artist can produce the show on their own.
Promoters' access to the figures has two tiers. A promoter verified by us sees the cities' aggregate figures: how many fans have signed up, how many tickets they would buy and how the declared amounts, ages, gender, residence and source are distributed. The full report for a city, which the artist can issue as a document, opens only to the promoter whose claim the artist or their representative has accepted, and the access can be withdrawn.
On neither tier are emails, phone numbers or individual answers visible. We carry out the verification of a promoter ourselves, before they see any aggregate figure: someone who merely creates an account does not get in.
The confirmation of the show (organiser, venue, date, ticketing platform) is communicated to you by email and on your sign-up page.
6. Cancellations and changes
For an open request there is no deadline: your sign-up stays active until the show is confirmed or you withdraw it. For an artist campaign with an end date, a city that has not reached the threshold by that date stops taking new sign-ups. If a show is cancelled, your sign-up ends. You have paid nothing through UNBOOKED, so there are no amounts to be returned by UNBOOKED.
Tickets bought from ticketing platforms are subject to the policies of those platforms and of the organiser, including in the event of cancellation or rescheduling. Requests to get your money back are made where you paid.
We may change, suspend or stop features of the platform. If a change concerns you directly, we tell you by email or on your sign-up page.
7. Account, verification and fair use
The account requires a verified email. One active sign-up per person per city. False, duplicate or automated sign-ups may be invalidated, and the account suspended.
You may not: pretend to be someone else, use bots or scripts to inflate demand, try to access other users' data, upload content that does not belong to you or that infringes someone's rights, or automatically extract the platform's content.
The UNBOOKED name, logo and design belong to us. The artists' names and materials belong to the artists and their representatives. What you allow us to do with the materials you upload is set out separately, in section 8.
8. The content you upload
This section concerns you if you claim an artist profile or if you manage an organisation: you are the one who uploads stage names, photos, covers, posters, texts and links.
The content remains yours. We don't ask you for the rights to it, we don't sell it and we don't sublicense it to anyone else.
You give us a non-exclusive, free licence over the stage name and the materials you upload, so that we can use them for: displaying them on the platform, on your profile and on the city and campaign pages; automatically generating the share cards and the preview images of those pages; the emails we send to the fans signed up to your campaign; promoting your campaign, its cities and the shows that result from it; and promoting the UNBOOKED platform, including on our communication and social media channels.
That is all we do, nothing more. We don't modify the materials beyond resizing, cropping and the framing required by the site's formats, and we don't use them to promote any artist, product or company other than UNBOOKED.
The licence lasts for as long as the profile or the campaign is published. When you delete a material or the profile, we no longer use it in new promotions and we remove it from wherever we still have control over it. What has already been sent by email, published on our channels or downloaded by fans can no longer be taken back from whoever received it.
By uploading, you confirm to us that you have the right to grant this licence: that the materials belong to you or that you have the consent of those to whom they belong. Take care with photos, it is the most common mistake: the copyright in a photo usually belongs to the photographer, not to the person photographed, even if you paid for the photo shoot. If you give us the photographer's name, we display it next to the image.
If someone complains to us about a material you uploaded, we remove it immediately and let you know. You remain responsible to us for the consequences of uploading a material to which you did not have the rights.
Unclaimed profiles in the roster contain materials received from the agency that represents the artist. If you are the artist or their representative and you want a material removed or the profile closed, write to us at office@unbooked.ro and we will remove it.
Some unclaimed profiles were opened because fans asked for them, and we have no photo of the artist. For those, we display the artist's public photo from Spotify, obtained through Chartex: it stays on Spotify's servers, we display it unmodified and we write underneath it where it comes from. We don't copy it onto our servers, we don't put it in the share cards and we don't use it anywhere else. It stops by itself the moment the profile receives a photo of the artist. If you are the artist or their representative and you want us to remove it before then, write to us at office@unbooked.ro.
9. Liability
We are responsible for our service: the platform, your data, the communications we send you. We are not responsible for the show itself, for the venue, for how the event takes place or for the sale of tickets, which belong to the organiser and their ticketing platform.
We are not responsible for the content of the external pages we send you to (Spotify, YouTube, the ticketing platforms), nor for unavailability caused by the providers we depend on.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
10. Personal data
We process your data in accordance with the Privacy policy, which explains what we collect, for what purpose, with whom we share it and how you exercise your rights. Your email is used for verification, the confirmation of your sign-up and communications about the show.
You can download your data or delete your account yourself, from the My shows page, without writing to us.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top of the page. If the change is important for you, we tell you by email before it comes into force.
If you don't agree with the new terms, you can delete your account at any time.
12. Applicable law and complaints
Romanian law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
For any complaint, write to us first at office@unbooked.ro: most things get resolved faster that way. As a consumer you can also turn to ANPC (anpc.ro, the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection), and for online disputes there is the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
