How it works
The artist no longer asks for a date. Fans say which city they're coming to, demand is counted by city, and when the city hits its threshold the promoter gets the numbers and the show enters the calendar. Free, no obligations.
Free, no card. You don't need an account beforehand.
For fans
Three steps. The only one you do yourself is the first.
You say you're coming
You choose the artist and the city, leave your email and confirm with a 6-digit code. You say how many tickets you'd take, 1 or 2, the most you'd pay for one, and, if you want, why you want the show. No payment, no card, no obligations.
The city hits its threshold
Every sign-up counts. When the city hits the signal, the promoter gets the numbers: how many fans, how many tickets, what budget fans have declared. From there they can claim the show.
The show gets scheduled
The promoter confirms the date and the venue. The first to sign up get access to the ticket link or code first, in the order they said they're coming. UNBOOKED doesn't sell tickets: you buy them from the organiser.
For artists and management
Demand is visible before the first date is announced.
What an artist sees
Every city with its fan count, intended tickets, declared budget and the speed of the last 24 hours. Numbers, not promises.
Publishing
The artist or their management claims the profile, launches a campaign and chooses the cities. Sign-ups start right away, with a threshold on each city.
Open demand
Even without a campaign, fans can request an artist in a city. Once enough gather, the artist gets the signal and decides.
The steps, by account type
What to do before and after you create an account: verification, claiming, listing.
Fan
The only required step is the first one.
Say you're coming
Choose the artist and the city, leave your email and confirm with a 6-digit code. No payment, no card, no account needed beforehand.
Fill in your profile, if you want
Age, gender, location. Ten seconds, optional. It helps us bring the show closer to you.
The city hits its threshold
The artist and promoters get the signal. The first to sign up get the ticket link first, in the order they said they were coming.
Can't find them? Suggest them
A name and a link. When they're added to UNBOOKED, we'll let you know.
Independent artist
Five steps, all from Studio.
Create an account in Studio
With Google or with email. You don't need a company.
Create your organisation
Choose "Artist (independent)" and enter your stage name. The legal name and tax ID are optional.
Your profile: claim it or create it
If you're already on UNBOOKED, press "Claim your profile" on your page and send proof: your official profile, your site, an email from your own domain, a contract, anything that helps us verify you. If you're not, you create it: name, photo, genres and your Spotify link, which brings in the photo and the numbers on its own.
Open a campaign
The tour you're gathering demand for: the cities and the number of people it takes to make the show worth it in each one.
Publish
Your first campaign goes through our review, of both the organisation and the profile, and we'll email you. After the first is approved, you publish directly.
Management and booking agency
The same steps as for an artist, for several artists.
Account in Studio and your organisation type
Management, agency or label. No company required.
Claim or create the artists' profiles
For the ones you represent: proof, a contract, or an email from your domain. For new ones: name, photo, genres, Spotify.
Invite each artist's team
By email, with roles and rights: manager, booking, marketing. Whoever joins sees exactly what you gave them.
Campaigns for each artist
The cities and thresholds, separately for each one.
Publish
The organisation's first campaign goes through our review; after that, you publish directly.
Promoter
The file first, then the cities with a signal.
Create a promoter account
Separate from artist accounts: promoters don't manage artists.
Fill in your file
Your legal name, tax ID, registered address, a phone number, and the artists you've promoted in the last 12 months, with links. That's what we actually verify.
Wait for verification
Until we're done, the account is pending and you only see aggregate numbers. We'll email you when it's ready.
Claim a city that's hit the signal
The artist and the UNBOOKED team get the request right away. There's no deadline.
Send the offer
When the artist accepts your claim, you see the city's full report and send the offer: date, venue, price. The show is confirmed from the offer.
Venue
Your venue, found by agencies and promoters.
Create a venue account
Separate from artist and promoter accounts.
List your venue
Details, capacity, up to six photos, and past events. It helps us verify faster.
Wait for verification
Usually under 24 hours. We'll email you when it's ready.
Request an artist for your venue
You appear in the venue list, and from an artist's page you can request the show at your venue. Your contact details go straight to their team.
For promoters
Clubs, promoters and festivals see the cities with verified demand and can claim the show, with no deadline. Fans who signed up get the ticket link first, from the organiser.
See the demandFrequently asked questions
Is it a payment?
No. Signing up is free and it isn't a booking. You say you're coming, that's it. Tickets are bought from the organiser, on their own ticketing platform, only if the show is confirmed.
How many tickets can I declare?
One or two. The number helps us size the venue and doesn't commit you to anything.
What happens to my data?
The email is used for verification and for the news that the show is confirmed. The phone is optional and isn't verified: it helps us reach you another way besides email, and it stops the same number being used on two accounts. The artist and the promoter only see aggregate numbers, never emails or phone numbers. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I withdraw my intent?
Yes, any time, from your fan page. Your number won't be reused.
What if I can't make it?
Signing up doesn't commit you to anything. You can withdraw your intent any time, from your fan page. If the show is confirmed and you don't buy during the Founders Sale window, the public sale follows, at the organiser.
Can I sign up if I don't live in Romania?
Yes. Pick the city where you'd go to the show, even if you live somewhere else. If the city isn't listed, you open it yourself by requesting the artist there.
What does Founding Fan mean?
Every fan gets a number in sign-up order: #0001, #0002 and so on. When the show is confirmed, the first to sign up get access to tickets first.
What happens when the city hits its threshold?
The artist and promoters get the signal, and the show can be claimed and confirmed: date, venue, ticketing. There's no deadline, because the artist may prefer to wait and see how much demand grows. Sign-ups stay open.
Why do we ask the most you'd pay for a ticket?
So we know what budget fans in the city are declaring. You see the figure yourself, and, in aggregate, so do the artist and the promoter. UNBOOKED doesn't set or display prices.
Can I change the number of tickets or the most I'd pay?
Yes. Log in, open your sign-up page (from the confirmation email or from My shows) and tap “Change tickets or amount”. Your Founding Fan number, code and link stay the same. You can do it while the city is taking sign-ups; once tickets go on sale, your declaration stays as it is. The amount isn't a payment: you don't pay anything through UNBOOKED.
What happens if the show isn't confirmed?
For an open request there is no deadline: your sign-up stays active and the demand keeps growing. For an artist campaign with an end date, cities that haven't reached the threshold close on that date. You haven't paid anything, so there's nothing to get back.
